Hy dyn_ares, according to the parts book the highest number on a "moulding-plate, series designation" for a 1959 Chevrolet truck is 100, I also looked at a picture I have of that truck from the 1997 Greensboro N.C. A.T.H.S. convention, and at that time the plates showed 100, so I guess he must have had them made up. Hope that helps.
