some of the shapes might be handy to avoid making your own, but real sandpaper is best IMO, on whatever power sander is appropriate .... making shapes for hand sanding the odd places isn't too bad either using that expanding spray foam, make it any shape - and the rubbery rollers from a wringer washer are great
