You'll need a bellhousing for a V-8 engine, and the crossmember to support it. The existing trans will bolt up to that bellhousing. There will be major interference problems between the steering column and the driver's side exhaust manifold, requiring custom headers or relocation of the steering gear. Then you'll need to fit an aftermarket crossmember under the middle of the engine for front mounts, or use the horseshoe-shaped single-point engine mount from a late-50's V-8 pickup and adapt it to the front crossmember.
