Well, I bit the bullet on Friday and ordered a new radiator from cool craft. It isn't cheap but they do have a warranty, and it is made here in the U.S. by americans. They offer 4 different types of cores, I went with the high efficiency model, as it will cool my 216 as well as a small block if the 216 ever dies. Only down side is they build to order so I have to wait 2 weeks or so. Thanks for the feedback, I'll post some pictures when it arrives.
