tri-power can be difficult to tune for the street.I had it on a 235 for about 3 yrs.I usually disconnected front and back for driving around town.Reconnecting when challenged.The gas milage was awful.Jerry's idea of blocking off two carbs is a good one.I'll think on this,,and see what I can remember
