Someone put some aftermarket chrome dipstick in my 235 on my truck. (the engine is a 58-62 vintage from what I gather).
Its way too long and actually hits the bottom of the pan before going in all the way. Want to know how long the correct one is. Can someone measure it from say the part that sits on the tube to the very end and from the very end to the low and full marks?
