Thanks guys! Like mentioned, the best will probably be to fill it up to 5 quarts, mark low then top it off to 6 and mark full. Do I need to confirm what pan I have or would they all be the same regardless of what the engine came from?
Newbie question, what weight and brand oil works good in these engines? Again, mine is a 30psi pressure lubed 235 from what I can tell. There is an oil pressure gauge in the original cluster hooked to the engine that reads around 30psi.
