| | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 34 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 34 | replaced the 228 in my '53 gmc sub with a chevy 235 using the gmc bellhousing. a 216 starter and a 235 grind and will not engage the flywheel. telling me to put the 228 back in is not a help.any clues? | | |
