| | | | Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 187 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 187 | Recently removed the gas tank from my Chev 1/2 ton, had to strip the internal coating which showed signs of some flaking. Externally the tank looks new with a thin coating of either galvanize paint, not sure. Anyone know what is the best to cover the exterior. Should it have a primer? I have it sanded down to a nice shiny surface.
