The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area The HiPo Shop 1960 Apache 10 with a 454

Hey guys,

Here's the deal. I have a '60 Apache 10 SB Step side with no engine or tranny. Originally the straight 6. I also have a '73 Caprice with a freshly built 454 that I had about 500 miles on when I got hit hard in the rear. I'd like to take the 454/TH400 and put it in the truck. Is this a relatively straight forward swap?
