Not sure about the 1 ton, but the 1.5 and 2 tons are about 3-4inches taller than the 1/2 and 3/4 tons.
Grill widths are the same.
The actual horizontal bars in each truck are close to the same size though only about .125 to .25 inches difference in height. The main difference is the vertical supports. However if your supports are good they can be switched. I bot a .5 ton chrome grill and put it in my 2-ton truck, by using the .5 ton horizontal bars and the 2-ton supports.
