I recommend going local. You'll save freight, employ your neighbors, and probably save money...all while establishing a business relationship for if you need them for your front and back.
As a bonus, they gave me a cool installation tool, a plastic tongue depressor-like tool that let me install my back glass very easily. You can also get the setting tape from them, most likely.

Good advice Bill, I'm one of those 'local glass guys'.
You also have the added bonus of templating from the trucks original glass.
That way you're guaranteed a good fit.
I've also discovered from experience, some of the aftermarket kits are
less than accurate.JMO
