I removed my glass, took off the frame, and went to my local glass shop. (I think it is Binswanger affliated.) They used the old ones as a pattern, and cut me new ones to match, sides and vents. I think the sides were maybe 30 bucks, no more. Vents might have been $10. They matched the original thickness, so I didn't have to worry about an online supplier going cheap on me with slightly thinner glass. It was a one day job.
I recommend going local. You'll save freight, employ your neighbors, and probably save money...all while establishing a business relationship for if you need them for your front and back.
As a bonus, they gave me a cool installation tool, a plastic tongue depressor-like tool that let me install my back glass very easily. You can also get the setting tape from them, most likely.
