New member to this great forum. Easy question.....found an original 1952 license plate for my 1952 3100 truck and want to mount it on the front bumper. Does the bracket mount to the bumper bracket or to the splash panel? Also, what it the correct location? Left or right side or center? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
