The early Carter had the cast iron throttle body up to the air horn. The WA-1 413 S had just the cast iron throttle body. Intake early manifolds of the 216's had a stud mounting bolt pattern that would mount a Carter or Rochester. The 235's of the 50's Chevrolet installed Rochester's with a different throttle body mount pattern. This 'wrench' finds the early Carter's complicated. Mine sits on my Items Of Utility shelf. Someone may have use for it. I selected the Rochester. | | |
