Trying to get this 235" engine reassembled. Two problems I've run into.......1)After setting the rocker arm rack back on the head, and torquing them all to 30lbs, the 5th bolt will not tighten, it is stripped. Ran it in as well as I could with some red locktite. Will this become a problem that will bite me in the future? Or am I freaking out over a minor thing? 2) Setting that problem aside for a bit, I tried to get an initial adjust on the valves, using the method in the tech section here. Starting at TDC the #2 intake is to tight to do any adjusting with, when spun over one rotation to adjust the rest, the #5 intake has same situation. I have new cam, and hydraulic lifters. What gives? Appreciate any help.
