Don't know where you are, but there is a chrome shop in Fruitland Idaho, Treasure Valley Chrome. They do nice, not show, but nice chrome work and at reasonable prices. I have used show shops like Paul's in Pa. for some of my chrome, and their work is truly show,but their prices reflect the extra work they must go to in turning out show chrome. Also, as was pointed out earlier, cost really does depend on the condition of your piece. Rust holes can be much more spendy to fix than straight, but not deeply rusted pieces.
