hey yar, that sounds like a good idea. I'm not too old, but I do remember my dad complaining when we were doing brakes that he couldn't use the asbestos pads anymore. So if I understand you, the pads (shoes I guess) - even though they should be the ones I need for this truck - have to be "arc grinded" to match the drums' diameter? Could you explain what exactly that means? Would the shoes be too wide or what? I just can't seem to see what that means. Any help would be appreciated. If I can understand it, I'll buy a whole bunch so I have them on hand if I can find them. Thanks
