the casting # on the bearing cap is 15397 just like the one in the photo in the article about tranny on a budget.

there is no shift link but i had a long talk with the guy i'm buying it from and he said they used to make them all the time and that if i want i can fab the shifter mount bracket to get the shifter closer to the hole in the floor.
so i'm gonna go ahead and get it
i'll keep looking for the links since it'll be a while before i need to mount it
by the way he also had a mopar version of the 833 with linkage
we put them side by side and you could see that the shift linkage was shorter on the mopar
