After buying the wrong brake booster kit, I decided to make a bracket and use my stock pedals. Here is a link with pics and general measurements. Hope the notes help.

Master Cylinder: GM Universal Cast Iron Master Cylinder part: MC1321H Link
Booster Measurements:
- four bolt holes are marked 3 3/8" on center (square) Hole dia: 7/16"
- position mount hole pattern closest to the other flange of the bracket (keeps booster centerline as close to the frame as posible so stock pedals will be lined up with booster rod)
- center hole is 2 1/2" dia in center (draw x from bolt holes)
Mount Holes Measurements:
- mount holes are 2 7/8" apart
- hole dia. 3/8"
- center line of holes is 3/4" below center line of top holes on booster side of mount. (this keeps the booster rod in line with the pedal link for best travel)
- hole closest to booster side can be 1/4" - 3/4" from booster mount surface. (longer distance needs longer pedal rod)
