We didn't pay any where near that amount for the last one we did.
Of course, I do a lot of business with them and don't have to pay shipping.
You can get the pump, brackets, & pulleys from any pick your part.
CPP sells the same kit but I don't know what their prices are. It's still the best set up I have found for TF trucks.
