Im guessing its either a late '53 or maybe early '54 just pieced together with left overs, its got the grill from all previous years.
Does anybody know anything about the vacuum? im pretty sure my wipers are vacuum operated but there not working and fuel suction into the carb is pretty low (i dont have an air filter on it so i just put my hand over the top of my carb, not a lot of suction)
