I was thinking of using the power steering and brakes off of my parts truck (86 Chevy) on my 46. I'm not too concerned with the mounting and fabrication part however this is a hydroboost system which uses the power steering pump and fluid to boost the brake pressure and it has a leak, not bad just annoying and messy, and I don't know if these boosters are rebuildable or not. I haven't checked with the parts stores for kits yet as if it sounds like a pain in the rear to do I'll just buy another or scrap this plan and move on. Anyone ever have any experience with these?
