Nice truck. I'm an old farm kid and we had a '39 flatbed for hauling anything from bales to lumber. That old thing ran forever. Later my dad put an 8 volt battery in it to give more suds to the starter. Then I got the bright idea to pull the starter and go through it with some later parts. Once I replaced all the bushings and bearings and got it rewound the issue went away. Thanks for sharing.
