as ed mcmahn would say, you are correct sir.the o.d. on my 6 volt flywheel is13.075 and the i.d. on the 12 volt ring gear is 13.250. just enough to not fit unless i wanted to get the vsmoke wrench out. i guess not. thanks for the come back guy rodc66
