In the tip section there is a post suggesting to use a paint can opener, so that's what I used (after throwing the bead tool across the garage several times out of frustration). The paint can opener worked like magic. I think I was about 20 minutes on each of the corner windows and slightly longer on the back. Plenty of soap and no help from my wife. (I did use her help to put the glass in). The paint can opener was free at the local home improvement center.
