Thanks for the links and photos. The wife and I went out to the shop and gave it another try. We were at it for a good while but making progress. Alot of frustration, and stress, but we got it in. And to top it off.. As soon as the seal seated, and all was well.... The glass cracked top to bottom on the right side. Its a interior crack that you can't feel from either side, so I am just going to leave it for now. May just pay a glass shop next round.
