Make sure you have plenty of soap on it and it slids right in. The hardest part is holding the glass (like a greased pig). It works real easy as 2 person job. One to hold the glass and the other to pull the string. To put the retaining bead in, get a paint can opener, they work really well and of course plenty of soap.
Tape the rubber to the cab using good masking tape. It will tear as you pull the string. Then remove the torn peices of tape after the glass is in and before the bead goes in.
