Mice (and rats) LOVE fermenting grain. Put a pound or so of cracked corn in the bottom of a 5-gallon bucket and add half a gallon of water. Prop a 3-foot piece of 1X2 board up to the edge of the bucket. As the grain ferments, the rodents will run up the board and dive in for a lethal swim. If the board starts at floorboard level of the truck instead of the floor, the rodent population in the vehicle will become zero very quickly.
