on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 65 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 65 | Hey guys,
I have a set of Rickson wheels coming for my 1950 3/4 Ton pickup and they'll soon get wrapped with 8R19.5 tires. I know it's common to inflate to 100psi when they are used on commercial trucks, but since my truck is considerably lighter, what pressure should I inflate to? Are there advantages (traction, comfort etc...) to going with a lower air pressure? | | |
