If you have the standard wire mesh type filter, rather than the optional oil bath type, its an easy conversion. I didn't, so I found a wire mesh type at a swap meet (from a Studebaker, no less)
and used a paper filter in it. Well, on the NEXT truck, I'll know
how to convert one. Thanks for the tip!
