It's identical to my 1933. Master Parts Price List book shows that type, with the double knurled nuts, was used on all Chevrolet models in 1933 and 1934. This would include the 206 cubic inch engines and the Standard 181 cubic inch engines. The double nuts are not for adjusting initial and maximum advance, but for adjusting the octane setting and locking it in place.
