I made some wood patterns for going back without the tilt out frame, just direct set glass, but in 2 pieces. If that's not what you want, it's not too hard to make them. Start with corrugated cardboard, then when that's good, switch to 1/4" plywood. A typical auto glass installer can make them from that.
