The shift lever/linkage would attach to the rear of of the shaft where the eyebolt is now. Someone has put that on there to offset the lever for clearance obviously but however you hook it up the lever goes through the floor and pivots on a plate that bolts to the floor. I would expect to find a long slot hole in the floor above the offset [censored]'y. I would want the lever to be as direct to the shift rod on the pto as possible and bend the floor lever to suit the needed clearance. I've set up tons of these in my lifetime but like so many things I wish I had kept photos of I didn't. But in my mind's eye it as clear as an be. | | |
