Serial # = TI23H (the second item really looks like an I rather than a 1 .... could I = September vs 1 that seems to mean January)
The calendar month and date produced are numeric, not alpha.
If it were September then you would have a block that was cast in 1956,
assembled in 1957 and probably installed in a 1958 vehicle.
