I am fairly certain that the rear door checks for a panel would not interfere with the Suburban headliner.
And, the panel headliner is completely different from the Suburban headliner, as described by Marty & Alvin.
However, if the same same side-to-side metal roof "struts" are used in the panel trucks as are used in the suburban, AND, if the same front-to rear "side channels" (used in the suburban for the side edges of the roof liner pieces) are in the panel (I think that I see them in Alvin's photo), then the suburban roof liner pieces should be able to be installed (holes would have to be drilled in the appropriate side-to-side struts).
