if you are talking about will they bolt where a 216, 235, or 261 the answer is yes. If you are talking about bolting directly to a th350, th400 or other automatic, the answer is no... you will have to use an adapter and have a flexplate drilled for the gmc crank. The muncie, warner, saginaw, and corporate manual transmissions should bolt up with little or no modifications to the engine. you may have to add a crossmember or cut a hole in the floor for the shifter, or get a new driveshaft to fit.
