There seems to be no current reaching the fuse panel. The radio and heater fan work fine when attached to a 12 volt source--not when attached to the fuse panel. All fuses new and replaced. All electrican components that work look to be attached to the light switch or the ignition switch. I have an electrical diagram, but do not see where the power comes to the fuse panel. Ideas???
