I wrote to Apple and they were kind enough to respond on the issue and confirmed that the shocks depicted are double actions. Also he sent me a Delco page where there are the different shock models for trucks up to 1959 (see link). I looked at the cap and there were the model numbers. See pics below. It seems I have two right front shocks and the other two, will appreciate anybody that can identify them, because they dont't figure in the Delco sheet for trucks. The number is 1721V in one and 1729U. If suffixes are as the sheet shows, I guess I do have one left and one right shock, and possibly rear both. Can anyone confirm? Thanks
