Checking the parts manual, the shock stamped number should be 1430-DA-4CG for right front and 1430-CA-4CG for front left, single actions. For double actions 1731-D-2R-G2 front right and 1731-C-2R-G2. So it seems R doesn't necessary means right. I came with the question because, as you can see in the pictures, the stamping has nothing to do with the supposed stampings that the manual shows. It might be from a car or another truck, but that is what I'm trying to figure out. If anyone has some info, greatly appreciated.
