Toilet paper has a lot of additives to it that I wouldn't want in my engine. Now, maybe the John Wayne paper from the '50's didn't, but my dad was a paper mill chemist at Scott for many years. Modern toilet paper is full of acids, dyes, and bleach, and sometimes moisturizers.
