on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 438 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 438 | Guys i have a 49 suburban that I have put on new weatherstrip, new strikers, and one new latch assembly. I can't seem to get enough adjustment in the strikers to get the door to completely pull into the body to align with the body. The strikers are up against the front 90 degree bend. Thought it might be new assembly but both doors run out of adjustment. The strikers are repops that came from Chevy Duty. Any sugestions of what might be the culprit or am I missing something?v As always help is appreciated,
