Hy nodaknick, bad news buddy those balancer/ pulley assemblies were just pressed onto the crankshaft. So find another one and see how tightly it fits on the crankshaft, good luck. I drill the front of the crankshaft on all my engine rebuilds, if you drill it 7/16" N.F. you can use the balancer retaining bolt and washer setup designed for a small block Chevy V8, hope that helps.
