Hotshoe is right. It,s a 3 speed trans. Pull the cover off the rear end & take a look inside. You may have a broken spider gear. You can roll them out without pulling the pumpkin or tearing it down. The ratio is on the edge of the ring gear. It is in number of teeth. Divide the numbers to get the ratio. 4.11 would be 10-41. 3.90 will be similar. Or you can count the teeth & divide. Follow a repair manual or shop manual to pull the spider gears.
