Installing "all the sensors" is a pretty tough project. I retrofitted a Crossfire dual TBI 305 into a late-70's pickup once, and installed all the factory sensors, including the vehicle speed sensor behind the speedometer, in-tank fuel pump, etc. It turned into a massive project. There are aftermarket kits that give most of the factory system functions without doing a full rewire, but if you're going to that much effort, the port-injection engine would be a better choice. TBI, while more sophisticated than carburetion, is still a pretty primitive system.
