I'm sure it was a simple mistake on the sellers end (mine too for not looking closer).
My thoughts are to get the bill of sale(BOS)correct before I go to the bureau to transfer it. Here in my area, the non title vehicles have to be verified by a person within the bureau or a police officer.
All in all its not a bad thing the truck is a 65 since I was looking for a donor for my first 65 C10!
