but you won't remove the bedsides without cutting welds at the rear cross sill .... 2 people minimum to move the whole bed around minus wood floor

yep DONT CUT THE WELDS....one of my fleetside's without wood and cross bars is light enuff for 2 to carry around like bill said above.
