Mine came with brakes already converted. I HATE the place they put the vacuum canister and master cylinder, which is conventional, left, upper firewall. Although much harder to maintain, I would have much preferred both mounted to the frame below the cab. Plenty of kits for that from sources above.

You'll be doing some fabrication no matter what so be ready for that.
