| | | | Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 96 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 96 | I just rebuilt my 6 volt starter with new brushes,new contact switch ,turned the commutator and did some repair on the fork.
Most of the time it works but sometimes it "just zings" without engaging.
Any suggestions?
