The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area General Truck Talk Advance Design - Exhaust Exit

Hi,

I have a 1951 Chevrolet truck (1/2 ton). Where did the exhaust tail pipe exit when the truck came from the factory? Did it turn out behind the rear tire? Or did it go straight out the back (I guess it would have to bend down to clear the rear bumper)?? I have been looking for pictures that show the tail pipe, but haven't found any.
